The Smyth family pubs back in 1996 made licensed trade history by becoming the first premises to introduce to Ireland the All-American barfood concept, and introducing The South Philley Sandwich, Chargrilled Steaks & Burgers, genuine Buffalo Wings, Taco Salads and a host of other innovative dishes to the Irish pub palate. Over the years such dishes have become common place on other pub/ restaurant menus but never with the same success simply because many of the recipes, and particularly the sauces, remained closely guarded secrets. 

Now, exclusively at The Cock Tavern, you can avail of the 2nd Age of All- American Barfood. Many new and innovative dishes have been created and many of the existing dishes have been reconstituted and reinvented with amazing culinary results.
